How harmful is Black Mold?
What is Black Mold?
Black Mold is the direct enemy of a functioning Air Conditioning or PTAC system. It is a greenish-black Mold that grows on materials such as fiberboard, gypsum board, air ducts and paper, in the presence of humid conditions, something NYC is known for.
